As a Project Manager, I'm constantly seeking out new methodologies and best practices to improve my project management skills. I'm also on the hunt for tools to streamline all aspects of a project's life cycle, including software, web applications, and smartphone applications.

I like my projects to be "buttoned up" with no loose threads and no missing pieces. This can be tough to accomplish when a project has a lot of moving parts and multiple people involved. But it can be done successfully when managed correctly.
